View it in your browser.  Anyone can tell you that I like my recipes fatty and hearty, thank you very much. Yet even I'll admit that once in a while it's nice to have a delicate touch at dinner. So we called upon on our--dare I say it?--more feminine sensibilities this past week to bring you light but not lackluster dishes, including turkey burgers with feta and lemon, artichokes tossed on the grill, chocolate cookies with a crisp shortbread-like snap, even easy-peasy flowers fashioned from dark chocolate. I'm just that kind of guy.--David
