Using Commercial Drive-based urban ink’s Personal Legacy Creation process, led by Diane Roberts, Heather Hermant, Danielle Smith and Rose Georgeson- 18 artists of Aboriginal & diverse backgrounds from across the country will plant the first seeds for an exciting new cross-disciplinary performance work. Courting Controversy
Barbara Schellenberg calls her North Van café Ethical Kitchen, but some vegetarians have taken issue with the meat-serving restaurant’s claim. So she’s named her new eatery, which just opened at 1420 Commercial Drive, Controversial Kitchen. There’s one menu for herbivores and another for carnivores, which features grass-fed organic meat. All of the café’s ingredients are organic, and everything’s made on-site, including baby food.

Live On The Drive caught up with Doug Thoms, the director of Pink Floyd's The Wall, and Mark Downey, who plays "Pink" in this live musical playing until the 14th at the Rio.
