Be a part of the Point Guard College Clinic hosted by the Starting 5ive Basketball Organization. Players will be challenged to Think the Game, regardless of position. Point Guard College gives athletes the chance to improve leadership, develop fundamentals, and create an understanding of the game like never before! The clinic will feature four 3-hour sessions which include classroom, video work followed by intense court sessions. Coaches may observe as well. Make it a plan to get ready for the upcoming high school district season by attending the clinic. Register Early (Space will be limited to 48 athletes)

Check-in will begin at 8:00 am in the Lobby of Memorial Parkway Junior High School - Lunch is included in athlete’s fee and will be provided.

• Session 1: How to Get to the Paint Against a Bigger, More Athletic Defender - December 21 from 9:00am - 12:00pm - You will learn how to battle through contact, and how to create separation and penetration explosively in the lane.
• Session 2: How to Finish at the Rim with Consistency - December 21 from 1:00pm - 4:00pm - You will learn three crucial reads and finishes that you need to be successful in traffic.
• Session 3: Make the Right Reads on Penetration - December 22 from 9:00am - 12:00pm - You will learn when to take a pull-up, attack the rim, change direction, or penetrate and pitch. How to get to the free throw line 3-to-4 more times per game.
• Session 4: Basketball Essentials - December 22 from 1:00pm - 4:00pm - There are thousands of "little things" that win basketball games & players aren’t usually told, but all good players should know.
