Trying Something NewMy hubby bought me Adobe Lightroom not to long ago and it has become my new obsession! It's amazing to me how you can change a not so great snapshot into a frame worthy photo with just a few adjustments. This program is perfect for me since I still haven't quite figured out all of the settings on my Canon Rebel xt!! So I made a couple sets of lightroom presets to share w/ ya'll and hopefully you can get some use out of them=]

I haven't been into the scrappin' thing lately. I don't know why but I've just lost the desire at the moment. I've been trying to get the house fixed up a bit and spending more time w/ the kiddos while Ethan's on summer vacation. I'm hoping to get my mojo back soon so I can scrap all these great pics of the kids I've been taking! I won't bore you all to death w/ photos of my kids but I do want to share one of my oldest son that I LOVE!! He's gonna be such a heartbreaker one of these days=] 
Speaking of pictures...We are finally getting ready to have professional shots taken of our family soon! My niece had hers taken at Richardson Studio and they are just amazing! They are located in Bloomington, IN so if your close you should check em' out!! Even if your not you should still check out the gallery=]

The Closer?!?So I'm sure a lot of you have heard that OAKS is shutting it's doors at the end of this month. I'm really starting to wonder if I'm not becoming some sort of bad luck charm for the sites I have sold at!! First it was the hack at ES, MDM shut it's doors and now OAKS:( So I'm homeless once again but I'm really thinking that it might be the best thing for me. I've had too much going on to get my req. done and I'm not active in the community at all. I just can't seem to find the time or energy I need to put into it anymore. With my limited time I'm afraid to sign on with another store and I would really love to start my own blog store but I'm just not quite sure how to get it going. So for now I'm going to add a donation button for $2 and if you like what you download please consider it:) I'm not sure how long I will keep things this way. It all depends on how things go and whether or not it turns out to be worth it. Your not obligated to donate, you can still download and use the stuff I post here but I would really appreciate it. Everything I make will be posted in groups, sorta like a grab bag I guess but you'll beable to see everything before you download.
