More Crafty Secrets projects loaded!!!

Yesterday,  the Crafty Secrets blog was updated with wonderful new Valentine downloads she has put in the store! Very cute, and I must say having a download or CD is so nice. I never use up my favorite images :)

Under the new items is a 4 x 6 photo that I designed using 3 CD's Typography, Patterns and Illustrations. Some carry little pocket albums and this is perfect. I can print myself, send to Snapfish or Walgreens and give to those that have these little purse albums.  Also, I made a mini shadow box layout, using the Typography and Patterns CD again, supplies are show. However, I will post both projects here as well.

Thanks for stopping by. :)

Crafty Secrets CD's make beautiful printed fabric...

I created this framed fabric project for my guest designer position for Crafty Secrets this month.  I used freezer paper cut to 8.5 x 11 and pressed the fabric to the shinier side of the freezer paper, trimmed to 8.5 x 11 and put in printer. I used the Creating with Vintage Typography CD for the butterflies.

I choose the image I wanted and printed it, then I printed it again on plain cream colored paper.  From there it was simple embroidered stitches nothing complicated and stitched on some beads and glued on others. Added some bling and then dressed up the paper butterflies, bent the wings and put them on dimensional adhesive foam. Be sure to check out the Crafty Secrets blog for more great projects by the DT.

Be watching for my next project, super cute :) Thanks for looking

Core Cards Creative Frenzy

Fun, Fun, Fun  These are a few cards I created for the Coredinations cardstock DT call.  Working with cardbases and die cuts were key elements.  There are all kinds of Die cuts: paper, chipboard, dimensional stickers may even be considered a die cut. Then there is a slew of designs you can create by hand or cutting machines.

I used a variety of the coredinations cardstock and went to work.  I have included a couple of close ups for you as well. Thanks for looking.
