I did this for the SCS LSC247 Challenge ~ a card measuring 8 x 4.

It's the FIRST StampTV BLOG HOP!! Here's my card: The sparkling snow under the house is Snowdrift Sparkle Fibers. The 'snow' on the tree and roofs is Moonlight Smooch! The gray penguin 'fur' is covered with a Sakura Glaze Pen in Clear. The hat is covered with a Spica Pen in clear. 
I made the 'pond' with clear microbeads.
