HSUS Dogfight Czar John Goodwin's Army of SnitchesHSUS latest weapon of mass destruction: its network of snitches.
Drop a dime. Claim the $5000 bounty HSUS offers on dogfighters. Kill a few dogs. All in a day's work for self-appointed, untrained, unqualified vigilantes inspired by the Humane Society of the United States and its propaganda urging neighbors to rat out neighbors. Tinkering with probable cause. According to HSUS' fake dogfighting expert, John Goodwin, the sight of a couple of dogs responsibly and humanely tethered on private property is enough to trigger an accusation of criminal --felonious -- activity. People should call police if they see several pit bulls kept on chains in someone's yard, [Goodwin] said. That could be a sign that a dog-fighting ring is working in the area.Goodwin turns dog owners into felons Goodwin doesn't mention it, of course, but no lawful search of private property can be conducted without "probable cause" -- a reasonable belief that a person has committed a crime. A search warrant requires probable cause. Under the law, there can be no fishing expeditions. No searches because John Goodwin says a couple of dogs in someone's backyard is a bad thing. Not yet, at least. But Goodwin's Army of Snitches doesn't know, and won't care, about the law. They have been indoctrinated with the belief that the mere presence of several tethered pit bulls means a crime has been committed. HSUS uses snitches to subvert the U. S. Constitution
By building a case for making the simple ownership of more than one pit bull prima facie evidence of dogfighting, Goodwin begins the process of dismantling the civil rights of all dog owners. The Fourth Amendment protects U. S. citizens from unreasonable search and seizure. Even U. S. citizens that own pit bulls have civil rights. Its kind of like Goodwin's continued fixation with New York being the "dogfight capital of the world." The idea that a couple of "pit bulls" tethered in someone's backyard means that they are dogfighters is bullshit. But its scary, too. V is for vendetta
People phone in complaints about each other's dogs because they're mad at each other. Because someone had a loud party. Or doesn't mow the lawn. Or hasn't paid the rent. How many dogs will die because of
John Goodwin wants pit bulls dead
Goodwin's Army of Snitches -- deployed against everyday dogs and dog owners -- won't sweat the details. They've been incentivized. They are on a mission. And the Humane Society of the United States is at the controls. HSUS Dogfight Czar Goodwin Lies About New York
Fake "dogfight crisis" based on no information The ASPCA also comments that. . .
Imagine of CNN got wind of all of this. How humiliating for Metro. Controlling the news: HSUS's bevy of friendly bloggers
Patrick Kwan, HSUS's New York State Director, emailed the Metro story link out to his list of friendly bloggers. And they dutifully put the story out there. Hey, in a world where a lot of people can't distinguish between a blog and a news article, why not? Another internet "truth" successfully created. John Goodwn is an expert. An expert liar. Unless you want to dance to a tune piped out by convicted terrorist, employed by an animal extremist organization which despite all its propaganda does not operate a single animal shelter, check the facts before you believe a word of what John Goodwin says. You're in for a big surprise.ALF Terrorist John Goodwin: HSUS Dogfight Czar
HSUS says Goodwin is an expert.
HSUS says Goodwin has been "active in the field of animal protection since 1989".
HSUS is lying about John Goodwin
ALF was characterized by J. F. Jarboe, the FBI's Domestic Terrorism Section Chief during Congression testimony on eco-terrorism in 2002 as. . . ". . .one of the most active extremist elements in the United States."
Goodwin himself stated "my goal is the abolition of all animal agriculture."
From dairy farms to Thanksgiving turkeys. . .its all got to go according to John Goodwin. Active in the field of animal protection? The guy's on the fringes of the already extreme animal rights movement, and a convicted criminal. During the 90's--when HSUS claims he was "protecting animals" he was actually one of the most infamous domestic terrorists in the country. Goodwin's lengthy police record Activist Cash details Goodwin's long history of arrests and convictions: He was arrested and convicted for being the ringleader of a crew that vandalized fur retailers in multiple states during the 1990s. The animal-rights watchdog newspaper Animal People News profiled Goodwin in 2000, noting that he “gleefully announced a string of Animal Liberation Front mink releases and arsons against furriers and fur farms” while a “spokesman” for the underground terrorist group.
Goodwin also handled the media after a Petaluma, California, slaughterhouse arson in February 1997. But he really shocked the public with his comments on the March 1997 arson at a farmer’s feed co-op in Utah. Referring to a fire that caused almost $1 million in damage and could easily have killed a family sleeping on the premises, Goodwin told the Deseret News, “We’re ecstatic." HSUS tried to clean up his history--virtually re-inventing Goodwin's background--but the fact is that HSUS's dogfighting czar is a convicted terrorist. Someone with strong ties to the most violent and irresponsible elements in the animal extremist movement. Gee. Thanks, HSUS. |
