Happy Tuesday!!! I hope you are having a great week, and for all you Mothers out there, I hope you enjoyed your Mother's Day!
For this weeks challenge, we will be celebrating all those Fathers out there with a Father's Day or Masculine card
. I wish that I could tell you that I spend time making my card, but it took all of 5 minutes. I recently started getting Stampin Up's Paper Pumpkin monthly kits, and I made this card with this months kit. It's great when you are pinched for time.
Last month the entries were amazing!!!! They were all so wonderful, and I want to thank you for playing with us. Ugh....picking the TOP 3
was so difficult, but here they are:
Fabulous cards ladies Please feel free to grab the "I made TOP 3" banner on the right of my blog!
Feast your eyes on the DT's amazing "Father's Day/Masculine" projects
Weren't those fabulous? Don't be afraid to head to their blogs and leave them a little love. You will have 2 weeks on Monday @ 6pm to get your card in for the challenge. We only allow 2 entry's per person. Also, we have new Blog Badges, please feel free to take one and post on your blog. I will be picking the top 3 in 2 weeks, and I will award 3 people with the new top 3 badge! When posting to a gallery's, please use the key words GGSC221...Have a great day and happy creating!
Happy Wednesday! Wednesdays here at Scrap-Creations means Stampotique Designers Challenge
. This week I am lucky enough to the the challenge host, and I am challenging you to get creative and show us what you can create with circle
s in your project! For this journal page, I used acrylic paints. and black and white marker. I used a computer generated sentiment, and I used Unicorn
Magda Polakow, as well as Agatha Moon
, also by Magda Polakow. I also used the wings from the Medium Bee
to put on Agatha.
If you would like to join us in this weeks challenge, join us at Stampotique Designers challenge.
Happy Thursday!! I am happy to say that I have been super busy crafting lately. I finished my BSN two weeks ago and I have been crafting ever since...LOL...
Today I want to share a journal page I created for this weeks Stampotique Designers Challenge
. This weeks hostess is Arwen
, ad here is way Arwen has to say: "I want to see scribbles in your projects this week, that can be by hand or by stamp, just add some scribbles". Love, Love, Love this challenge...I always start a journal page the same way. I first look at the challenge and then pick my stamps and then I just start messing around. I never know how it's going to end up, which is exactly what happened with this page. I knew I wanted to make my own background, so I used Cracks by France papillon, and just stamped the entire background so it looked as if it was designer paper. I then hand drew circles, and then colored them in with copics. I used Kate Crane's Ruff stamp for my focus point, and for my scribbles, I used my white gel pen and scribbled some words in the circles.
Wanna play???? Head on over to Stampotique and check out what the rest of the DT came up with for this weeks challenge....
Happy Wednesday!!! Today I have a card to share with you for this weeks Stampotique Originals Designers Challenge. This weeks Hostess is Claudine, and here is what Claudine
had to say " Let's make something with our Moms in mind, show Mom how much she means to you this week.". I decided to go with a Mother's Day Card, and I created the flower wreath using Carol's Flower, small. I really like how this looks. This is such a great challenge, I hope you will join us this week at SO design blog.
Happy Hump day! I hope you are having a great week thus far. My cherubs are on School vacation, and unfortunately, my youngest is home sick with strep and the weather has been yucky. We are trying to make the best of the week.
Wednesdays equal Stampotique Originals Designers challeng
e here at Scrap-Creations. This weeks challenge host is Corrie
and her challenge is "Masculine", here is what Corrie says about this challenge: "I really struggle with cards for men. So this week I would like to see what you make when you need a masculine card."
Masculine cards are never easy for me, so I went clean and simple for this weeks challenge. I used Foxy
by Kate Crane, and then a computer generated saying. This is a great challenge and I am hoping you will come play with us. Have a great day!
