Some of this universe is in a state of disrepair and collapse and will not withstand even another traverse around the cosmos. This is where we come in, the Ashtar Command.

We identify these problems and weak links in the chain that is this ever connected and grand universe and we utilize our gifts to assist these worlds rebuild themselves and repair the damage that has been done to them. Your planet is one of these planets that is in a state of great disrepair, and this state must be rectified if your people wish to call her home for another lap around this universe.

Each people of this universe are given a planet in which they can call their home. It is up to each people to care for and to nurture their home, to keep it clean, to keep it safe, to keep it operating and functioning the way it was designed and the way it was created to take care of and nurture its people.

This is a very delicate give and take, where one cannot take too much from the other if a harmonious balance is to be maintained. Here in your world at this period in your history one is taking too much from the other, and if this imbalance is not corrected your planet will no longer be able to maintain her orbit around her galaxy.

This is the way this universe has been designed, and it was designed in such a way as to teach the inhabitants of a planet how to safely and properly preserve their mother planet, as well as the consequences when they choose to allow her to fall into decay from neglect and abuse.

Here in your world today you have a serious problem. There are those of your people who are currently in power, and have been for quite some time, who care not for one moment about your mother planet or about you. They care only for themselves and their greedy desires for more fabulous wealth and their agenda for absolute power.

These individuals must be removed from their seats of power and administration to allow to take their place those who do have the best interest of your mother planet in mind and will do all that they can to see her thrive and see her repaired to a state of ecological balance.

We are here to assist those of your world who are qualified and who have earned the right to take the reins of leadership here in your world. We are here in offers of our assistance to remove the soon-to-be former powerbrokers of your world, and we do this by decree of the glorious power that created you and created us as well.

We are not here by our own decree and on our own accord, but are here in service to our Creator and in service to you, our brothers and sisters of the human family and to your planet, a living, breathing, conscious being who we call Gaia.

Whether you agree or not collectively to accept our assistance and right your ship that is listing badly and taking on great amounts of water is a matter for you to decide for yourselves as we cannot push you to accept our help. The consequences of your choice not to accept our assistance would see to the deterioration of your magnetic and tectonic structures around and within your earth.

We have the knowledge, the experience and the tools to get the job done to reinstate your planet to her original pristine condition. We have the ability to remove those of your dark cabal who are until this very day set on the destruction of your world and the enslavement of your entire human race.

If more of you, our brothers and sisters, could see this and understand this, many obstacles would be removed from our path to assist you in so many vital ways. This is where you come in. You may refer to yourself as a Lightworker or you may not, as this is not important, but what is important is that you recognize and understand how you can assist your planet and your people in this, their time of need.

It is upon you to do whatever it is you have to do and that you can do to share the knowledge that you have been enriched with about the cabal, what they are doing to your planet and what they plan to do with you. The more of your people who understand this, then the more we can openly assist you and the sooner we can, together with you, begin to tackle these mounting problems one by one, day by day.

This is the point that we stand before today. We stand at the ready, prepared to begin working with you on the many projects that are vital to the healthy survival of your world and your planet. Each and every day we do see gains in the amount of individuals who begin to learn of the existence and the detrimental impact of your ruling class we refer to as the cabal and of our presence here in your world and why we are here.

We wish more of you can learn of these facts on a daily basis, and we look to increase this productivity. The tools necessary to complete this job satisfactorily have been furnished to you. One of your greatest tools sits before you at this very moment, as it was designed and seeded into your world to allow great numbers to connect and almost instantly share information.

We say to you to utilize this gift for you to its greatest potential, as it is perhaps your greatest ally at this time where allies are what you need more than anything else. We are your allies, and we can be utilized to your greatest potential as well, and we again advise you to utilize the tools that sit before you at this very moment to help open the door for the gifts that we bring you to help bring down this criminal cabal and their dastardly agenda and help you help yourselves restore your mother planet to her beautiful and undamaged state, which will once again allow her and your people to prosper and to thrive and to continue together your journey around your galaxy and your universe.

Laying the groundwork for such an historical meeting between beings from different worlds is a great task which presents many great challenges. We clearly understood how great a challenge this would be here on this planet, and so we enlisted the assistance of many qualified and talented beings from throughout the cosmos to incarnate here, to become one with the people of this world and to one day awaken and respond to their mission to bring to this world a new way of being.

We say to you today that we proudly see so many of our Lightworkers, our Starseeds, responding to their call of duty, and we wish to see so many more of you awaken to your true identity and your purpose for being here at this period in time. We ask those of you who have awakened to this divine purpose to do whatever it is you have to do to awaken your brothers and sisters who are also here, but are yet in a deep slumber.

Many more Lightworkers have journeyed here than was needed for this project, to allow us to be absolutely certain enough would awaken and respond to their call to accomplish each task that needs to be done. There are so many more of you than have so far responded to their call, and we see it as important that many more awaken.

Again, you have the tools at your disposal that have been provided by intelligences far more advanced than here in your world, no matter who currently gets the credit for these. Recognition is not important to us in the least. What is of importance is the safety and well-being of your host planet and you, our dearly loved brothers and sisters of our universe.

We wish to see at this time each and every one of you that has awakened and that understands the importance of your roles here in this world to utilize the gifts provided you and begin to gently awaken as many as you can to their higher purpose and the important matters that need to be dealt with here in your world.

Once sufficient numbers are reached we will go ahead with the stages of operation that will bring to your world the great changes that are necessary and will allow your planet and your people to thrive beyond anything that has been imagined by any of you. Let us together begin and you will reap the rewards that you have earned and that are provided to you by our Creator. This is our promise to you, our brothers and sisters of the human family.

The energies of myself and so many other ascended beings are coming to humanity at this time, and while we have indeed been visiting your cultures and societies for so very long, we have not been able to visit you in as direct of a way as we would like to be able to and this is why we have utilized channels and dear souls on Earth who have become open to the abilities in themselves to bring us through.

Indeed, to speak to humanity through channels is the right way to go in accordance with the freewill and growth of humanity, for each and every soul who is becoming open to our energies is experiencing the expanding and the ascension in themselves that sees them better able to find us and our energies through their ever expanding mental channels and their ever expanding chakras, many of which are coming online now.

It makes perfect sense for us to be able to contact humanity in the ways that we are before the initial disclosures, announcements and revelations begin to burst forth so wonderfully on your world, for we must act in accordance with the soul growth of humanity and we must act in accordance with the expanding of your chakras and the expanding of your own knowledge and awareness and your own finding of the Logos energy that we all truly are in ways less dense than you have been used to for so very long during your lower dimensional experience.

Indeed, your dimensional experiences have been straining whilst on Earth but they have served to teach you so very much about your Lives. Each and every event that comes to you that seems to be negative, is coming to you for the purposes of getting you to choose the energies of calm and of patience and acceptance over the energies that you would otherwise be bringing forth through the seemingly negative events coming through to you.

You must understand dear souls, that you are being tested in the most wonderful and the most Masterful of ways at this time, and you must allow this testing to come forth and you must realize when this testing is coming forth in your Lives and you must thank the Guides of yours who are bringing this testing forth to you because you truly did lay these Life lessons out for yourselves in each and every moment and day of your experience.

You planned and mapped out these lessons before you were to come and experience the lower dimensions in each and every form that they have to offer.

You have constructed your Life plans so uniquely to fit in with your own ascension processes and with the ascension processes of each and every soul around you now, who make up your soul family who you find yourselves so very close to at this time and many other times during your history and many past Lives that you have experienced.

We can feel that much of humanity is so very ready to ‘get off the ground’ so to speak with the many disclosures and revelations but it must be expressed that you have the power to bring this forth, but these events [manifesting] must manifest in accordance with your own soul growth and in accordance with your own learning of lessons for you are clearing out the lower dimensional residue that has been keeping you away from your true perception of your expanding, exponential Creation powers dear souls.

You have always had these Creation powers, they have always been with you; you have simply been unaware of them throughout your many lower dimensional travels for you have been wearing the lower dimensional veil of forgetfulness throughout almost each and every Life that you have experienced dear souls.

Do you see and understand how the veils that have kept you from your true perception and knowledge and experience of the higher realms are now fading at this time, and are now collapsing before you so that you can find this Love that you have been blocked from receiving and knowing fully?

We understand and accept that for many, these veils are still quite instated and many are having trouble tearing down these veils and finding the resulting energies of the higher realms and the resulting energies of us dear souls who resonate with the higher realms and who experience the higher dimensional experience while working with our various Councils and Organizations to help and assist humanity in finding these experiences.

Indeed, there is so very much that we are now allowed to do on your world but this has not always been so and for the most part, there is still so very much that we are not allowed to do because again we must act in accordance with the freewill and with the growth of humanity.

We can feel that so very many of you want these changes to come forth and we must express the importance of using your own meditative energies and your Creation powers to bring these scenarios forth that have been presented to you, for so very many scenarios are presented before you in an effort to get you to enact the scenarios occurring.

It has been expressed before the many ways that you can do this and it has been expressed how you can best utilize your meditative energies to manifest that which you want in your Lives, but as has been expressed before as well, we must remind you that it is your collective power and your collective energies that are the ultimate deciding factors in which collective events manifest on Earth.

By this we mean that the collective energy you pour into each event that is to manifest truly decides whether it is to affect your world in bigger ways or in smaller ways, and the more of you who get together and visualize a pure future coming about and bringing forth the resulting manifestation that will result from your doing this, the more [likely] these changes are to occur.

The Galactic Federation and each and every Organization that comprises the Galactic Federation that you have heard is based in a hierarchical sense; we are only one combined collective effort and Galaxy-wide Organization out of so very many Organizations who are assisting your world at this time.

Some of these Organizations only have experience in certain Star Systems or certain Galaxies, and some of these Organizations who are assisting you have vast experience throughout multitudes of Universes and multitudes of parallel realities that you have not even begun to understand the experience of yet dear souls.

Indeed, so very much is to be disclosed about our existence and about the existence of the various ascended souls who are truly infinite in nature and who are truly grand and wonderful and marvelous in structure and who are doing everything we can to assist your world and to assist you all [in] finding the higher states of consciousness that you all once happily existed in with us, and once happily Created the lower realities you are now experiencing from for dear souls, you are Creators by nature.

Your natural instinct is to Create, and you do this through your thoughts without even realizing so during your lower dimensional experience, each and every day and in each and every moment. Your desires are always to Create, and your thoughts which you bring forth and the emotions which you give forth are manifestations of how you feel on the inside, and the Creations you wish to bring through.

When you have an unsettling thought or witness an unsettling event before you, there is a part of yourself telling you that you do not want this type of Life, and that you should not feed the emotions that garner you this type of Life and this type of experience and for the most part, so very many of you are now having such events happen to you and you are starting to realize that you truly do not need to continue to feed the energies that will only continue to bring such events forth to you, rather than aide you in breaking free from these energies, for these energies have had a very strong and very tight grip on so many dear souls on your world for so very long.

It is so wonderful to see the Light Grid of dear Gaia pouring and pumping the energy into so many awakening incarnate starseeds and Earth natives who are truly ready, who are truly excited and happy to absorb these energies and to bring them forth in themselves, and to radiate them to so many other dear souls and to so many other areas of Gaia’s Creation that need these energies.

We encourage each and every dear soul who is awakening and who will be led to this communication and so many other communications from many other ascended beings, to begin and to continue beaming your Love in increased purity and beaming your Light in increased measure and decreased distorted nature of such Light to the areas of Gaia’s surface that need it the most, and dear souls you know the areas and the souls alike on dear Gaia’s surface who need these energies the most.

So many dear souls have been encouraging you to pour your Loving energies into the dark souls on your world and this is so; you must do this, dear souls!

Many have wondered about what have been called the Galactic wars, and many wondered if us Lighted civilizations took [to any] type of offensive measure or any type of measure that would gain us negative karma or hurt any souls, and we say that this is not so dear souls.

During what have been called the Galactic wars, each and every measure that we took was a defensive measure; we never took to using any weapons or blowing anything up for dear souls that is truly not our nature.

We honor the sanctity of the temples and the souls, the spirits alike, even of the souls who attack us and wish to destroy parts of our ships, and when we say this we [speak] with what you would recognize best as past terms for these wars truly are over and we truly are garnering peace with so many civilizations and races who would have otherwise experienced and attempted to give us lower dimensions.

Rather, the defensive measures that we took during the ‘Galactic wars’ were of beaming mass Love to these souls and disarming their negative actions and negative, harmful energies which laid and preceded these actions.

We knew that these souls [the perceived enemies] needed this for their own advancement and for the most part this is what helped the Annunaki to see the Light and to join the ranks of the Light which they have now done.

The Annunaki are indeed, [many of the Annunaki rather] are indeed experiencing lower dimensions and are incarnate in many areas of Gaia’s surface that we have already mentioned need your Lighted energies the most for they are experiencing lower dimensions that have been propagated by the souls who have been put into positions of power by the Annunaki so very long ago.

Indeed, the Annunaki have since joined the Light and broken off contact with the highest ranks of the souls who they once had as their minions and whom they once had enact all of the change that the Annunaki wanted to have enacted on the world that was not in the best interests of humanity and that was rather in the best interest of the Annunaki and of the ‘puppets’ who they employed, who you now know as the dark heads of the cabals on your world.

The main majority of the leaders of the Annunaki who garnered the most low vibrations and who caused the majority of the lower dimensional experiences on Earth are indeed experiencing their own karmic repercussions and upon doing so, have been joining the ranks of the Light and doing everything they can to disarm the dark souls and to break the programming that they have instilled onto the dark souls.

[The Annunaki] truly do feel so much regret and remorse for the pain that they have caused humanity and they will be in the initial announcements after you are informed of everything that they have done to you to make their sorrows and their ‘pleas’.

The Annunaki have personally wished to have their own versions of the trials that the heads of the cabals will be going and undergoing on your world for [the Annunaki] wish humanity to know of everything that they have done so they can express their sorrows, and they can express their Love that is beginning to be garnered for all of humanity.

Until my next communication, through this or possibly through another scribe who may become open to my energies, I say that we of the various Councils comprising the Galactic Federation Love each and every one of you dear souls so much, and we are working for you and for the Light in exponential ways that you have not yet heard about, but that are to change your Lives in such wonderful ways.

Indeed, we are not here to be your saviors; we are simply here to assist in the events that are to precede the marvelous ascension of Gaia and indeed, there are many more souls who are farther ascended than us, who do not belong to a specific Organization or Council and who are rather [discarnate] from such need to do so and these souls are assisting in the more bold and esoteric and spiritual aspects of the ascension of Earth that indeed, are going to surprise you so very much more than the initial revelations and the initial physical happenings which we have been assisting in bringing forth.

Dear beloveds, Ascension is becoming a much more palpable reality. It is becoming clearer that you are in the throes of it whether you realize it fully or not. Whether you understand it or not, it is something that is becoming more and more real to you.

However, of course, you must still be aware that it is your choice, but once you have made that choice, there is no turning back and the changes will become more and more apparent as time goes on.

You Lightworkers are more aware of all this, of course, and as you sift through the changes, you are better able to help others who haven’t a clue what is happening to them, regardless of the fact that they made the choice long ago to embark on this journey and now it is upon them to get on the train or not.

It is the subject of those who are not aware of their mission that I would like to address today, and I speak to those who are aware enough to help them. This is what you have prepared for. As you encounter all the changes that you are undergoing, this puts you in a much better position to help others awaken. You can speak from experience and knowledge that is intrinsic and therefore believable to them. They trust you and so they can relate your experiences to their own and bring light to what they may not be aware of but is just below the surface.

Please look at who around you may be struggling with the new energies and be of whatever service you can be. This may just entail being in your center and calmness and integrity and just shining your Light for all to see. It may entail being an example for others who are sensing something is different and looking to you for assurance that all is well. You will know how much and what to tell them, and you always have our guidance in the Spiritual Realm when you are unsure.

By now, many of you are thoroughly committed to ascending and are managing the waves of change that the intense energies are bringing much better than before. It is time now to look around you for people and places that need doses of the Light you are assimilating as we speak.

Please do not let anything sway you from this purpose. There will always be naysayers, but that only requires you to look inside and rediscover the truth, what you know is the Truth deep down in your heart. Get in touch with the joy that all this change is bringing you.

You are indeed on your way home and with it brings newfound talents and gifts and perspectives that have only been buried up to now. Flaunt and distribute those gifts for all to see. You are now at the threshold of holding and maintaining and offering those gifts as an integral part of you.

It is somewhat like a snake that has shed its skin and the new skin is exposed. There is no need to hold on to that old skin, but instead to get used to the new one. Likewise, whatever feels new and tentative in your life will soon feel normal and real and an innate part of you. It is like you have been reassembled and after a little getting used to, you feel more ready to embark on your journey equipped with abilities more suited to the New World you are creating.

There is no right or wrong way of doing this. You must trust that by following your Higher Self, you will navigate the turns and hills of your journey. Staying in your Now Moment and feeling Heart Center will help this, as well as knowing that you always have access to your Higher Self if you just stop and check into it. You will soon see that it is more and more accessible and becoming more and more integrated with you. You will find that you are disabling the connection with your ego, or lesser self, and it will impede you less and less.

By all means feel the joy that comes with this exalted remembering of your True Self, of your God-Self, of your Divinity. It is becoming more and more apparent to you that this is your True Essence and it will guide you home.

At some point I found myself saying, “Oh, my gosh. After what we as a community of lightworkers have been through, we have a common body of memories, experiences, and aspirations.” I’d never thought of it before. Or perhaps I had but it hadn’t become real for me. But at some point in this interview, it did.

We’ve all been through Hurricane Katrina, Oct. 14, 2008, Haiti,  Chile, chemtrails, pandemics, the economic crash, President Obama’s election,  the Norway Spiral, the UFO fleets, the flooding and tornadoes, the Japanese tsunami, Arab Spring, the Occupy movement, 11-11-11,  the destruction of the deep underground bunkers, the Neptune expedition that never was, the mass arrests, the Transition, on and on and on.

I’m trying to0 find words for what it triggered in me. It was like getting a sense of family – a family of lightworkers, Starseeds, people here for a reason and at work for a common cause. Archangel Michael sees it as a very significant time and appears eager to get the information out. He said to me that it’s a time of recovering our interdimensional selves, which, if true, would be a very welcome development.

He calls it a part of the Ascension process and says that John Smallman’s Saul has also been discussing it for some time now.

Let’s look at what he and the Mother, and later Saul, say about it.

The subject first arose when Archangel Michael told me on April 25, 2012 that “you are going through your transition.“ (3) When I asked him what he was referring to, he replied:

“What it means is that you have begun in earnest to claim your fifth dimensional self, [and] that you have begun to access and claim your higher-dimensional self. You have asked to return to [your higher] dimension to have this experience of oneness, and the experience of bliss. You are letting go of the third dimensional reality. That is what it means. “ (4)

In An Hour with an Angel on May 14, 2012, speaking to Goff West, Michael called this Transition “a time for truth. It is a time for growth. It is the time of transition. The transition that we have spoken of with you. The time of great awakening. A time of becoming and reclaiming, anchoring your interdimensional self, your transdimensional self.” (5)

He described where the energies were coming from.

“Each of you, every human being, hybrid, Starseed upon the planet is being penetrated by the essence and the love of One. You are lifting up naturally, buoyantly. It is not something you need to try to do. It is something that you allow.” (6)

Later, in the same show, he again described where the energies were coming from: “You are receiving directly into your core, into your fields, into your physical being the energy of love directly from the heart of One.” (7)

In my reading of April 25, I asked him what would be happening during the Transition and he replied:

“You will be going through a feeling of euphoria. You will be going through a feeling that perhaps you are not fully anchored. You will be going through even some feelings of disassociation, of not knowing or really caring about what is going on around you. But that will not be a permanent state of being. Already you are feeling more deeply within your body. So, it is simply a period of adjustment. It’ll take about a month.” (8)

Please keep in mind that he told me that this Transition was happening for all of us, not just me. He advised us all:

“Allow it to take place. As we say, it is not something you can really physically, emotionally or mentally — or spiritually, for that matter — fight. It is something that you have invited in to begin to allow to…this process of engagement, as it were. So, when you are exhausted, rest; when you are blissful, enjoy it; when you are feeling full of energy to do, then do. But this adjustment will not be difficult, it will just be different than what you have experienced to date.“ (9)

And when I asked him how I personally would know the process had ended, he said:

“[You'll know by] the feeling that you wake up not only rested, but blissful; that the, what you have thought of as, challenges, as troubles — it is not that they disappear, but they do not weigh you down; that you have the energy to take on whatever tasks at hand you choose, but that you do not feel burdened, that you simply feel that you are doing almost without doing. It does not feel like a sense of disengagement, but rather higher engagement. …

“A sense of vision, of the ability to see into and through a situation, a person, a problem — greater clarity will simply be there. So it is waking up and knowing that you are in this state of being. You are ready for the day, and more interestingly, the day is ready for you. It is the sense that you are shaping the day rather than being shaped by the demands around you.” (10)

On May 9, Geoff had a private reading with Michael in which he repeated his advice to relax into events.

“Take time during this period of the glorious Transition to simply allow the energies that are penetrating each of you, for this is true of all of you, take time to allow yourself to absorb, to bathe in the love and in the shift, the openings that are taking place within thee.

“So it is not a time of rushing about, of feeling that you must accomplish or bring to completion so much. It is a time of allowing the energetic changes to truly take place. That does not mean action does not take place. Quite the contrary. But it takes place with a different perspective, with a different speed of action. This is the time to relax. Yes, we know that this is a foreign word to many of you and so we will teach it to you. It is to relax, to be, to simply be.” (11)

In An Hour with an Angel on April 28, 2012, Michael said that the Transition had started on April 27 and was a download for Gaia and the human race that promoted enlightenment, ascension, or shift.

“As you know, [there are] these transitions, these shifts in energy frequencies that are available to the human race… There are different types of energy and frequency downloads that have been given to Gaia, and to the human race, and to all of the kingdoms over time.

“But there is a particular frequency and energy that is being sent, and it started, actually, yesterday [i.e., April 27]. So, it is being sent to the human collective directly from the heart of One. And it is whatever you think of as awareness, enlightenment, ascension, shift.

“It is to, quite literally, begin to consciously begin the understanding process and the bringing into alignment the conscious, unconscious, subconscious, spiritual consciousness of all beings. It is to help them remember, integrate and anchor into the intelligence of love and into the intelligence of what you can think of as your heart, your soul, your core, your essence.” (12)

He called it “the prelude to the full Ascension process; it is what some think of as the attunements, some may think of it as the clearing, that is going to take place within each and every one of you.” (13)  Later in the same program, he called it a part of the overall Ascension process.

“Ascension is a process. There is a formula, much like creation. And this return to inter-dimensionality is a part of Ascension. It is part of your process. It is helping you get comfortable. So, do not try and differentiate between the two. What you are doing is joining with Gaia and going up the sacred spiral.” (14)

Later in the talk he returned to the relationship between the Transition and Ascension.

“You are claiming the totality of yourself. You are reintegrating your higher inter-dimensional self, and that, sweet angel, is part and parcel of Ascension. That, in itself, is you transitioning to the higher dimensions, at which point you have access to other realities, other dimensions. You are anchoring it, and you are having an experience reaching down and seeing or feeling your third-dimensional self exhibiting in the third dimension — which, to tell you the truth, there is only a sliver left of.

“So, you are seeing, all of you, are seeing, oh, you call it synchronicity or the ability to create, working with universal law — all of this is true. But it is also you ascending. That is why I keep saying it is not an event on a certain day. Many of you are well ahead of schedule. The collective, humanity, is well ahead of schedule. And you are going to take a quantum leap with this energy that is being gifted to you from the heart of One over the next month.” (15)

He informed us that we were not being abandoned to adapt to these energies but that the Company of Heaven was right there alongside of us.

“You are learning, my beloved friends, a new way of being. It is not difficult. But it does require your cooperation. The energy has already started, it is already within you. Yes, it will get stronger. But we are not saying, ‘Here it is,’ and abandoning you, and saying, ‘Do with it as you will’; we are standing right next to you, as are your brothers and sisters of the stars of every dimension and reality. And we are holding you, we are helping you, we are tutoring, we are coaching, we are protecting — and we are excited.” (16)

So the Transition is both prelude to and part of Ascension and will see us return to our higher dimensionality. The energies are coming directly from the heart of One and would see us go through many spaces, from euphoria to dissociation. He advised us to relax and allow the process to happen and assured us that we were being looked after.

In the next part we’ll look at some of the symptoms we’ll experience during the Transition.

For those people who find themselves in the trough at this time, here’s a reminder of what Archangel Michael said about the naturalness of such a development at different times during the Transition (April 27-around June 1).

The tendency is to identify and unite with the feeling of despondency or depression that arises in our minds when in the trough. Rather than doing that, it may be better to imagine yourself as being outside the feeling, but able to feel it. And then observe its rise, persistence and diminishment, experiencing the feelings through to completion and then letting them go.

Being at passive awareness with them allows them to complete themselves as fast as they ever will. Resist them and they persist. Once complete, their impact on us the next time we’re in the trough will lessen and then lessen the next time and lessen again, etc.

Archangel Michael: This energy that is coming to you from our perspective … is like a laser beam that is beaming directly from the Infinite, the Source, the One, into your being. The portal that it travels through is your heart chakra, but it is diffusing throughout your entire being. It is important, especially in terms of the headaches and the neckaches, to keep your crown chakra wide open.

But how you are experiencing it in the human realm more like waves. So the translation factor — we send it as laser beams, but it comes to you as waves. Think of the ocean, the middle of the ocean, with great troughs and wonderful, rolling waves. It is not a storm at sea, but it is the power of the ocean; it is the power of Mare, (1) for that matter. So, there are times when you will feel exceptionally high, energetic; that you can write, broadcast, take on the world, and that is wondrous.

And then, when you are feeling that way, when you are feeling the inspiration, then go for it and do what you can do. But when you come into the trough — which is the time of integration, of anchoring what you have just been given, of bringing it more deeply within the core of your being, because what you are doing is keeping this in physicality — it is different than simply ascending out of your body.

When you are in the trough you may feel as if it is, again, a cosmic depression. But, my beloved friends, do not think that is really what it is. Look at it and say, “Oh, no, that is not it. I am simply in the trough, and this is the integration, so I feel a lower energy.” And that is where much of your reflection is also taking place. It is taking place in the place of the trough. So you are integrating.

So do not try and rush out of it. Do not try and push your way up to the top of the next wave. Allow the rhythm. It is being given to you exactly, and in perfect measure, to each one of you, how you can handle it.

So there is not two of you that experience this exactly the same. It is as unique and bright and beautiful as you are. Yes, there are similarities of all these symptoms that we have talked about, all these conditions. But do not rush it. Allow it. What you are doing, sweet angels of light, you are allowing us to do our job. And so, for this, we thank you.

If you’re in the military and have ever seen what you believe to be a UFO, but were reluctant to mention it for fear of ridicule or, worse, repercussions that might end your career, take heart. Things may change.

A former military insider with top secret clearance who created Advanced Theoretical Physics — a group of top-level government officials and scientists brought together to study UFO reports — has just called on three of the highest-ranking military and intelligence officials in the Obama administration.

Retired Army Col. John Alexander has one goal: to ask Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta, CIA Director Gen. David Petraeus and National Intelligence Director Gen. James Clapper to offer amnesty to anyone in the military who has been previously sworn to secrecy about UFOs.

“The issue has to do with this [notion of] disclosure,” said Alexander. “The assumption in the UFO community — and, frankly, the general population — is that UFOs are secret and all the information is automatically classified. My position is that is not true.”

Revealed exclusively to The Huffington Post, Alexander has sent letters to Panetta, Petraeus and Clapper, in which he proposes a no-cost, win-win solution for enhancing the U.S. government’s trust and confidence with the American public. He’s specifically referring to Unidentified Flying Objects.

A leading advocate for the development of non-lethal weapons, Alexander commanded Special Forces “A” Teams in Vietnam and Thailand in the 1960s. As a program manager for Los Alamos National Laboratory, he conducted non-lethal warfare briefings for the White House staff, National Security Council, members of Congress and senior defense officials.

“My supposition is that A) there’s no policy of [UFO] secrecy; and B) there are agents out there who think they’re supposed to keep it a secret, so they’re basically winging it. In other words, it’s easier to tell you to sit down and shut up then it is to figure things out,” Alexander, author of “UFOs: Myths, Conspiracies and Realities,” told HuffPost.

Alexander spent a quarter of a century maneuvering through top levels of the U.S. government and military, searching for the supposed decades-long UFO cover-up.

Not only could he not find a cover-up, Alexander came away from his investigation convinced UFO disclosure has already occurred on many levels.

The conclusions that his study group came up with in the 1980s included:

• Some UFOs are real and of unknown origin.

• About 5 percent of all sightings remain unexplained.

• Many sensor systems do have anomalous recordings.

• There are numerous UFO sightings reported by highly credible observers.

• There have been incidents involving interactions between UFOs and military systems.

• There have been interactions between UFOs and airplanes that raise safety issues.

• Over 70 percent of American adults believe the U.S. government is covering up information on the topic.

• Polls indicate that 20 percent of the global population believes aliens are here on Earth and living among us.

Alexander will publicly announce his amnesty request to the government this Thursday, when he appears at the National Atomic Testing Museum in Las Vegas, Nev.

The museum is the 37th and newest national museum of the United States. It tells the story — in an in-depth walking tour — of nuclear testing for America’s atomic energy program, which began in the Nevada desert in 1951.

Interestingly, this is a Smithsonian-affiliated museum that includes a recently unveiled exhibit about Area 51 — considered the most top secret military testing facility in the country — and contains UFO-related displays, including one entitled “Authentic Alien Artifact.”

Museum CEO and executive director Allan Palmer says it’s important to have Alexander speak about the need to get the word out to military personnel who would like to talk about UFOs but have been reticent for many years.

“I have known people who’ve seen things they couldn’t explain and were very reluctant to talk to anybody about it,” Palmer, a highly decorated former Air Force and Navy combat jet fighter, told The Huffington Post.

“The reason is because we all had very high-level security clearances,” he said. “Just the mention of seeing something that you didn’t know or you thought might be a UFO would be enough for a visit with the flight surgeon, if not the psychiatric staff at the base hospital.

“And that would be reason to pull your security clearance, at least temporarily, which means that you wouldn’t be flying and that would be a black mark on an aviator’s record. Seeing a UFO show up on your base could be perceived as [your] being unstable. At least as far as retribution or career penalties, if things could be lifted or suspended, that would probably help the process.”

In the letters sent to Panetta, Petraeus and Clapper, Alexander states that former military personnel “claim that they are bound by security oaths to never reveal the information or have been overtly threatened by government officials. Even death threats for divulging UFO information are reported.”

Alexander points out to the three government officials that occasionally “some level of secrecy has been invoked on U.S. military personnel.” He cites the case of Air Force pilot Milton Torres who was ordered to fire missiles at a gigantic UFO that appeared over Great Britain on Sept. 20, 1957.

“He was ordered to remain silent,” Alexander reminded the officials. “Threatened with losing his wings by an unknown official, Torres complied until the U.K. Ministry of Defense released the files in 2008. No U.S. report on the incident has ever been found. From many other instances, it appears that security personnel periodically have warned/threatened both military and civilian people about reporting UFO information.”

Alexander isn’t looking to get the government to reveal that some UFOs may be extraterrestrial craft. He only wants to promote an environment in which members of the military feel comfortable talking about their experiences.

If an official letter of amnesty were to come from Alexander’s efforts, he suggests the results could go in a couple of directions.

“I would think there’d be some who have information and believe they shouldn’t talk about it who would then feel free to do so,” he explained. “Conversely, I think there are some others who’ve been frankly making up stories and saying they have been threatened that will then either have to come forward and explain it or, more likely, will evaporate and run for cover.”

It doesn’t happen often, but sometimes God smiles on us. Last week, he smiled on investigative reporters everywhere, when the lawyers for Goldman, Sachs slipped on one whopper of a legal banana peel, inadvertently delivering some of the bank’s darker secrets into the hands of the public.

The lawyers for Goldman and Bank of America/Merrill Lynch have been involved in a legal battle for some time – primarily with the retail giant Overstock.com, but also with Rolling Stone, the Economist, Bloomberg, and the New York Times. The banks have been fighting us to keep sealed certain documents that surfaced in the discovery process of an ultimately unsuccessful lawsuit filed by Overstock against the banks.

Last week, in response to an Overstock.com motion to unseal certain documents, the banks’ lawyers, apparently accidentally, filed an unredacted version of Overstock’s motion as an exhibit in their declaration of opposition to that motion. In doing so, they inadvertently entered into the public record a sort of greatest-hits selection of the very material they’ve been fighting for years to keep sealed.

I contacted Morgan Lewis, the firm that represents Goldman in this matter, earlier today, but they haven’t commented as of yet. I wonder if the poor lawyer who FUBARred this thing has already had his organs harvested; his panic is almost palpable in the air. It is both terrible and hilarious to contemplate. The bank has spent a fortune in legal fees trying to keep this material out of the public eye, and here one of their own lawyers goes and dumps it out on the street.

The lawsuit between Overstock and the banks concerned a phenomenon called naked short-selling, a kind of high-finance counterfeiting that, especially prior to the introduction of new regulations in 2008, short-sellers could use to artificially depress the value of the stocks they’ve bet against. The subject of naked short-selling is a) highly technical, and b) very controversial on Wall Street, with many pundits in the financial press for years treating the phenomenon as the stuff of myths and conspiracy theories.

Now, however, through the magic of this unredacted document, the public will be able to see for itself what the banks’ attitudes are not just toward the “mythical” practice of naked short selling (hint: they volubly confess to the activity, in writing), but toward regulations and laws in general.

“Fuck the compliance area – procedures, schmecedures,” chirps Peter Melz, former president of Merrill Lynch Professional Clearing Corp. (a.k.a. Merrill Pro), when a subordinate worries about the company failing to comply with the rules governing short sales.

We also find out here how Wall Street professionals manipulated public opinion by buying off and/or intimidating experts in their respective fields. In one email made public in this document, a lobbyist for SIFMA, the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, tells a Goldman executive how to engage an expert who otherwise would go work for “our more powerful enemies,” i.e. would work with Overstock on the company’s lawsuit.

“He should be someone we can work with, especially if he sees that cooperation results in resources, both data and funding,” the lobbyist writes, “while resistance results in isolation.”

There are even more troubling passages, some of which should raise a few eyebrows, in light of former Goldman executive Greg Smith’s recent public resignation, in which he complained that the firm routinely screwed its own clients and denigrated them (by calling them “Muppets,” among other things).

Here, the plaintiff’s motion refers to an “exhibit 96,” which refers to “an email from [Goldman executive] John Masterson that sends nonpublic data concerning customer short positions in Overstock and four other hard-to-borrow stocks to Maverick Capital, a large hedge fund that sells stocks short.”

Was Goldman really disclosing “nonpublic data concerning customer short positions” to its big hedge fund clients? That would be something its smaller, “Muppet” customers would probably want to hear about.

When I contacted Goldman and asked if it was true that Masterson had shared nonpublic customer information with a big hedge fund client, their spokesperson Michael Duvally offered this explanation:

Among other services it provides, Securities Lending at Goldman provides market color information to clients regarding various activity in the securities lending marketplace on a security specific or sector specific basis.  In accordance with the group’s guidelines concerning the provision of market color, Mr. Masterson provided a client with certain aggregate information regarding short balances in certain securities.  The information did not contain reference to any particular clients’ short positions.

You can draw your own conclusions from that answer, but it’s safe to say we’d like to hear more about these practices.

Anyway, the document is full of other interesting disclosures. Among the more compelling is the specter of executives from numerous companies admitting openly to engaging in naked short selling, a practice that, again, was often dismissed as mythical or unimportant.

A quick primer on what naked short selling is. First of all, short selling, which is a completely legal and often beneficial activity, is when an investor bets that the value of a stock will decline. You do this by first borrowing and then selling the stock at its current price, then returning the stock to your original lender after the price has gone down. You then earn a profit on the difference between the original price and the new, lower price.

What matters here is the technical issue of how you borrow the stock. Typically, if you’re a hedge fund and you want to short a company, you go to some big-shot investment bank like Goldman or Morgan Stanley and place the order. They then go out into the world, find the shares of the stock you want to short, borrow them for you, then physically settle the trade later.

But sometimes it’s not easy to find those shares to borrow. Sometimes the shares are controlled by investors who might have no interest in lending them out. Sometimes there’s such scarcity of borrowable shares that banks/brokers like Goldman have to pay a fee just to borrow the stock.

These hard-to-borrow stocks, stocks that cost money to borrow, are called negative rebate stocks. In some cases, these negative rebate stocks cost so much just to borrow that a short-seller would need to see a real price drop of 35 percent in the stock just to break even. So how do you short a stock when you can’t find shares to borrow? Well, one solution is, you don’t even bother to borrow them. And then, when the trade is done, you don’t bother to deliver them. You just do the trade anyway without physically locating the stock.

Thus in this document we have another former Merrill Pro president, Thomas Tranfaglia, saying in a 2005 email: “We are NOT borrowing negatives… I have made that clear from the beginning. Why would we want to borrow them? We want to fail them.”

Trafaglia, in other words, didn’t want to bother paying the high cost of borrowing “negative rebate” stocks. Instead, he preferred to just sell stock he didn’t actually possess. That is what is meant by, “We want to fail them.” Trafaglia was talking about creating “fails” or “failed trades,” which is what happens when you don’t actually locate and borrow the stock within the time the law allows for trades to be settled.

If this sounds complicated, just focus on this: naked short selling, in essence, is selling stock you do not have. If you don’t have to actually locate and borrow stock before you short it, you’re creating an artificial supply of stock shares.

In this case, that resulted in absurdities like the following disclosure in this document, in which a Goldman executive admits in a 2006 email that just a little bit too much trading in Overstock was going on: “Two months ago 107% of the floating was short!”

In other words, 107% of all Overstock shares available for trade were short – a physical impossibility, unless someone was somehow creating artificial supply in the stock.

Goldman clearly knew there was a discrepancy between what it was telling regulators, and what it was actually doing. “We have to be careful not to link locates to fails [because] we have told the regulators we can’t,” one executive is quoted as saying, in the document.

One of the companies Goldman used to facilitate these trades was called SBA Trading, whose chief, Scott Arenstein, was fined $3.6 million in 2007 by the former American Stock Exchange for naked short selling.

The process of how banks circumvented federal clearing regulations is highly technical and incredibly difficult to follow. These companies were using obscure loopholes in regulations that allowed them to short companies by trading in shadows, or echoes, of real shares in their stock. They manipulated rules to avoid having to disclose these “failed” trades to regulators.

The import of this is that it made it cheaper and easier to bet down the value of a stock, while simultaneously devaluing the same stock by adding fake supply. This makes it easier to make money by destroying value, and is another example of how the over-financialization of the economy makes real, job-creating growth more difficult.

In any case, this document all by itself shows numerous executives from companies like Goldman Sachs Execution and Clearing (GSEC) and Merrill Pro talking about a conscious strategy of “failing” trades – in other words, not bothering to locate, borrow, and deliver stock within the time alotted for legal settlement. For instance, in one email, GSEC tells a client, Wolverine Trading, “We will let you fail.”

More damning is an email from a Goldman, Sachs hedge fund client, who remarked that when wanting to “short an impossible name and fully expecting not to receive it” he would then be “shocked to learn that [Goldman’s representative] could get it for us.”

Meaning: when an experienced hedge funder wanted to trade a very hard-to-find stock, he was continually surprised to find that Goldman, magically, could locate the stock. Obviously, it is not hard to locate a stock if you’re just saying you located it, without really doing it.

As a hilarious side-note: when I contacted Goldman about this story, they couldn’t resist using their usual P.R. playbook. In this case, Goldman hastened to point out that Overstock lost this lawsuit (it was dismissed because of a jurisdictional issue), and then had this to say about Overstock:

Overstock pursued the lawsuit as part of its longstanding self-described “Jihad” designed to distract attention from its own failure to meet its projected growth and profitability goals and the resulting sharp drop in its stock price during the 2005-2006 period.

Good old Goldman — they can’t answer any criticism without describing their critics as losers, conspiracy theorists, or, most frequently, both. Incidentally, Overstock rebounded from the  2005-2006 short attack to become a profitable company again, during the same period when Goldman was needing hundreds of billions of dollars in emergency Fed lending and federal bailouts to stave off extinction.

Anyway, this galactic screwup by usually-slick banker lawyers gives us a rare peek into the internal mindset of these companies, and their attitude toward regulations, the markets, even their own clients. The fact that they wanted to keep all of this information sealed is not surprising, since it’s incredibly embarrassing stuff, if you understand the context.

As more of you are awakening to the truth about your reality, so the levels of consciousness are rising never to return to the lower levels that you existed in. Since you are One each of you affects each other on the conscious level, and as you lift up others they are lifted with you. Having reached your present level, it becomes easier to comprehend the greater truths about you and your existence.

As you realise how powerful you are, that knowledge can be put to use to continue your journey to Ascension. You can for example use your power of thought to protect yourselves from the lower energies that are all around you. You can do it by visualising yourself wrapped in a Light body, that you know as your aura.

It can be damaged by negative emotions particularly such as anger, and also by sound if it is very loud and high pitched. Once your aura is damaged you will be prone to illness and disease. If you feel that you have been affected, use your power of thought to visualise it intact all around your physical body.

As you move on to the higher dimensions you will find that your power of thought will substantially increase, to the point where you will be able to create. In fact you have the potential power of a God, but by the time you reach that level you will also have complete and utter control over your thoughts.

At your present level you can already learn how to self heal, and all that it requires is absolute belief in your power to do so. Sometimes you have the desire to do it, but your belief harbours doubts and it does not happen. You can extend these ideas to acquiring what you want, and those with strong willpower are successful. Have faith and belief in your abilities and you can go far and, once ascended, you will indeed realise your true potential.

What we and other sources are doing is to prepare you for a different type of life, one that is so much more fulfilling. One where you decide what you want to do and have the freedom of choice. We would say think big without limiting yourselves, and with your power of thought you will manifest what you want. It does not matter how long it takes, as long as you hold your focus on it it will manifest. Currently you find it difficult to do because there are so many distractions.

You will learn so much once we can get together, as what you have been told so far is simply to open you up to other possibilities. We avoid giving you too much to absorb at once, otherwise you quickly lose interest. What has happened is that your horizons have opened up to life in other parts of the Universe.

Also, through contact with us, you are beginning to understand that the accepted form is humanoid, even if in some instances it should appear quite different to yours. Genetically speaking, you are a hybrid that has been engineered from other species that also includes ours.

It is nothing to be concerned about as it has been carried out to improve your physical body, and also your ability to grow in consciousness. In the past you have been deliberately stripped of your abilities by those out to control you. However, that period has now passed and you are about to rise up again, much nearer to what you were originally. Indeed, with Ascension you will return to a level much aligned with ours.

What is approaching is a massive opportunity to leave duality as you understand it. It is worth every effort you can make to be fully prepared to ascend. No matter what problems you encounter, go forward with complete confidence and do not be pulled down by those who interpret proceedings in a negative way.

Deep down you will know that you are ready, and have only to see out the remaining months without falling back. Once you know it is possible to reach the required level to ascend, you will not find it difficult to maintain it. You have after all come through so many lives and different experiences to build up to this momentous time.

Have no regrets for anything you leave behind as you will not want for anything in the higher dimensions. Souls that you have known and loved will never be far away, and you will still be linked together wherever you are.

As we have previously informed you, you have links with members of the Galactic Federation but in general terms you have no waking memory of them. However, we know many of you, and after Ascension you will find the members of your Space Family. Such links mean that subconsciously you feel at home with us already, and we are not strangers at all.

What we have to offer you will seem very familiar, because it is all known to you. It is not our time quite yet to openly meet you, but we hope that our information will have prepared you for such an occasion. There is nothing frightening about us, indeed in our presence you will feel our energy and find it is calming and peaceful. Without realising it you register other people’s energy, and it is why you are drawn to some of them, whilst others are repellent. Your personal emanations attract people of a like kind, and when you meet there is usually an instant rapport.

Overcome your earthly squabbles and differences and work on bringing people together. If some people will not give up their prejudice against others let them go their way as, just like anybody else, they are creating their own path onwards. Freewill is held to be very sacred and honoured by us.

However, if you choose wrongly without allowing for the freewill of others, you will be expected to make good those errors by facing the same situations again. Karma is just that, an opportunity to evolve without any suggestion of punishment.

Dear Ones, we so wish you to lift yourselves up, and know that if it is your intent to do so the help will be given you to enable your success. It is how things work all through the Universe in the different dimensions.

Service to others is what you follow automatically when you reach the higher levels. It is not forced upon anyone, because it is not needed as it is quite natural to seek opportunities to be of help to those in need. It is an inner urge that comes from within when you feel love for your fellow man. We love you and are full of admiration for your tenacity and determination to overcome the negativity that exists on Earth.
