Born on December the 11th 2002, in Omaha, Nebraska, Lindsay has achieved an enormous amount at a very young age. She comes from the Papillion-La Vista area and attended Skutt Catholic High School where she led her team to 4 state championships (2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020).
As an outside hitter she was a part of the competition right from day one and Coach Cook confirms she is a great find and an asset for any team she is included in.

Lindsay Krause was born to Pat Krause and Joanna Draper in Omaha and has two brothers – Landon and Conner. Her upbringing was humble and growing up she tried a number of games and eventually stuck at Volleyball. Her family had been a part of her endeavours and had always been a source of constant strength and support.
It was due to the great support of her family coupled with her own efforts that led her in accomplishing everything that she has today.

Whitney’s grew up in Waverly, Nebraska, one town over from Lincoln. Volleyball wasn’t always her first love and she played numerous sports growing up. Finally landing with Volleyball after a huge growth spurt pushed her in that direction. Growing up in Nebraska and watching the Husker Volleyball team it made it an easy choice when John Cook offered her a scholarship.
“I’ve always wanted to play at Nebraska when I was a kid,” Lauenstein said. “I mean what girl did not want to play volleyball at Nebraska?”

Keonilei’s life is a story of perseverance and determination. Diagnosed with two brain tumors in high school, she fought back to play volleyball at the next level. Now she’s begining her sophomore year at Nebraska thanks to her hard work.
Keonilei’s story is one of triumph and courage. Although, despite her surgeries and chemotherapy, she still managed to be an All-State volleyball player in high school, she majors in psychology at Nebraska University.
She always had a passion for volleyball, but she wasn’t sure where it would take her. Then, after her first surgery, she was scared of how it might affect her ability to play the sport. Her story is remarkable and inspirational, just like the spirit that empowers her to succeed as an athlete. Her high school volleyball career was put on hold for two years when she was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Surgery, followed by rehab, helped her regain strength and energy to play again. Keonilei’s sister, Braelyn, helped her through the hard times and encouraged her when she needed it.

Kenzie Knuckles is a college volleyball star from Yorktown, Indiana. She has been playing the sport since she was five years old. She currently plays for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Kenzie Knuckles has quickly become one of the most dominant defensive specialists in the country. The star player from Yorktown High School helped lead her team to a state title in 2016, and she was ranked as one of the top 10 juniors in the country. During her senior year, knuckles broke many school records, including 14 kills and ten digs in the state championship match. Kenzie had scholarship opportunities all over the country but ultimately decided to play for John Cook and the Cornhuskers. She then advanced to play middle blocker before moving on as an outside hitter. As Nebraska saw potential in this young girl, they recruited her through school, playing with Seven Lakes High School

Ally became a four-time all-state player for her Texas High School volleyball team. She earned 8th place at the state tournament her junior year. Her senior year, she led her team to their first-ever regional championship title, where they finished as state runner-ups.
