FeedBlitz Help and Support

For Blogger and TypePad there are easy widgets to enable newsletter subscriptions for your blog or site.

For popular systems where there are no widgets or the widgets don't apply, we also have dedicated help:

• Blogger (no widget, or secure sites)
• Movable Type 3.x
• TypePad (Advanced templates or secure sites)
• WordPress.com

If you have lost your subscription code / widget, or want to regenerate it, then log into FeedBlitz, go to your Newsletter Center, and click the HTML subscription form button on the right.

Unsubscribing

• Email Subscriptions

  There is no need to log in to unsubscribe. Simply click the "Safely Unsubscribe" text in the mail sent to you and then confirm your request online. You will be unsubscribed from that newsletter immediately.

• Twitter
  • If you want to stop FeedBlitz from adding updates to your public timeline and sending tweets to all your followers, click here.
  • If you are getting updates from FeedBlitz as direct messages (i.e. NOT to any followers, just sent to you), then click here.

  After you log in you will be shown a list of Twitter updates FeedBlitz is managing for you from which you can then unsubscribe. If the subscription you are trying to stop does not appear, try the other Twitter option.

  Note that if a publisher is using FeedBlitz to add tweets to their timeline, followers can't unsubscribe. A follower must stop following a publisher if the follower does not want to see tweets that the publisher is adding to their own (i.e. the publisher's) timeline. In other words, you can only have FeedBlitz stop what you yourself set up using FeedBlitz in the first place.

• Instant Messenger (Skype, MSN, AIM, Yahoo) Subscriptions

  There is no need to log in to unsubscribe. Using your instant messenger, contact FeedBlitz Alerts in your buddy list. Send it a "?" (without the quotes) to access the interactive menu, and follow the instructions to unsubscribe.
