A subscriber did not receive my email. Can you help?

FeedBlitz logs recent activity to subscribers. If you share your subscriber’s email address with us we can examine the subscriber’s status and their logs to determine whether FeedBlitz tried to send them email and whether or not it reached their ISP. We can share log entries to help downstream problem resolution if necessary. The problem is usually that the subscriber unsuibscribed (possibly accidentally), or that emails from us are accepted by their ISP bur sent to their junk folder. It’s always worth reminding subscribers to check their junk folders and to have feedblitz@mail.feedblitz.com in their whitelists.
