My logo graphic does not display correctly in Outlook

Uploaded images and logos may display incorrectly in some versions of Outlook, which may display the image too small, scrunched up into a small square.  It is an Outlook bug, but the good news is that it is easy to work around in FeedBlitz. Start by clicking your Newsletter from the Account Dashboard.  Next, click the “I Want To” button in the upper right area of the page.

Select “Template Design” from the drop down menu. On the next page, you will want to click the orange “Switch to Advanced Editor” button in the upper right area of the page.

On the “Template Editor” tab, click on your logo.  Once it is highlighted, right click on the image to bring up more options.  From this option list, select “Image Properties”.  A popup will become available.  On this popup, click the circular arrow to the right of the width and height fields.  This will refresh the values.

Afterwards, click the green “okay” button, then be sure to click the gray “Save Template” button.

Future mailings will then work correctly.
